Free worldwide shipping

Shipping Robin Denim

At Realign we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, with in-stock items shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. We ship packages out Monday to Friday, using PostNL, DHL, UPS or another suitable and reliable courier company.

As soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping company, it belongs to the customer who paid for it, who will be provided with an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update and please note that your package is in the hands of the shipping company. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please check your ‘spam’ or junk folder before contacting us.

Depending on your location, packages typically take up to 10 days to arrive. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please notify [email protected] and include your order number in the subject line.

Realign is not responsible for missing packages, delays, and custom fees, duties or taxes incurred. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages or any re-delivery charges. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, if a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

Unfortunately we have no influence on these charges and we are unable to tell you what the custom fees will be – if any are applied – as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For information regarding import fees and taxes, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns Robin Denim

In the unfortunate case that you are not completely satisfied with your order, it can be returned without any given reason. However, any returns must be shipped within 14 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original packaging intact. The returned item can either be exchanged for a replacement item or a refund. Jeans that have been hemmed, or altered in any other way, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are obliged to organize and pay for shipping of a returned item. Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Realign. Realign will cover the shipping cost of any replacement items.

Returns Process

Register your order for a return: Email us at [email protected] and include ‘Return + order number’ in the subject line. Returns can be registered through email only. Please state whether you wish to exchange for a different size or whether you are requesting a refund. If you wish to exchange for a different size, we simply ask you to place a separate order for the new garment.
Shipping: Returns must be shipped no later than 5 days after registration and within 14 days of being received. The customer is, at all times, responsible for all return shipping costs, custom and import duties, as well as any items being lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure the package and use a service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
Receiving a refund: Upon the returned item arriving at Realign Denim all items will be inspected for any signs of wear, wash, damage, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. As soon as the returned items are approved as resalable you will be contacted via email with information on your refund. Unapproved items, including unregistered returns, will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.

Returned packages should be clearly marked as ‘RETURNED ITEM’. In the case of customs fees or any other additional costs, Realign Denim has the right to refuse the parcel and it will be returned to the sender. Should any customs fees or import duties be incurred by Realign, they will be deducted from a potential refund.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item(s) for another size as long as we have it in stock. If you wish to exchange for another size, we simply ask you to place a separate order for the new garment. You can then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above.

Refunds

In the case that you don’t want to exchange an item, you can return any item(s) for a refund. Please note that customers are obliged to arrange and cover the return shipping cost and any potential customs duties and / or sales taxes are non-refundable by us. Please see the above for instructions on return shipping.

Refunds will be processed once the returning goods have been received at our office and passed inspection, at which point you’ll receive an email confirming this. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled at our office, and an additional 5 days until the money arrives in your account depending on your chosen payment method.
